[A one-paragraph lede in your own voice — the version of the story you'd tell if someone asked at a coffee shop. Not "impactful solution." More like: "I wanted to know how many real humans saw my portfolio, so I built the thing that counts them."]
[Placeholder — write this in first person, concrete. Why you felt you needed this over Plausible or Umami. Who the "user" is. What you could and couldn't learn from the tools that already exist. Two paragraphs max.]
[Placeholder — a short chronology of the attempts. "First I did X. That didn't work because Y. So I moved to Z, which turned out to be…" Dates are good. Wrong turns are good.]
[Placeholder — describe the final shape in 2–3 sentences, then a short list of the interesting parts.]
[Placeholder — the honest postmortem. "I'd skip X. I'd do Y earlier. I was wrong about Z." This is the section that separates a real site from a generated one; take it seriously.]
